Dear Mr. Krzysztof Jackowski,

On behalf of myself and my family, I would like to sincerely thank you for your help in finding my husband, Piotr Z., who went missing on August 10th last year.

At the same time, I would like to apologize for not writing to thank you sooner. The circumstances surrounding his disappearance and the emotions connected with the search and discovery of his body were so overwhelming that we simply couldn’t focus on anything else. Even now, we relive everything daily — so I kindly ask for your understanding.

My husband was a wonderful man — a husband, father, and friend. He was the heart of our family, the one who brought everyone together. Wherever he went, he was met with warmth, kindness, and smiles — which made finding him all the more important to us.

We realize that without your help, we might never have found him or learned the truth about his death. Once again, we extend our heartfelt thanks for the time, dedication, and care you gave to helping resolve our case.
